A strong believer that each patient experiences injuries and pain differently, Alexandra aims to ensure her patients feel heard and empowered with a tailored management plan for their recovery.
With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Human Movement, both from the University of South Australia, Alexandra is also a Sports Trainer Level 1 and a trained GLA:D practitioner for hip and knee osteoarthritis management.
With over 7 years of experience working with sporting teams, including as the head sports trainer for several football clubs, Alexandra uses a mix of manual therapy, dry needling, rehabilitative exercises and education to help each of her patients become stronger and to live the life they want. Alexandra uses a goal orientated approach to both preventing and treating injury, with a particular interest in neck and back pain, tendon issues, and ankle, knee and hip injuries.
New to the Aspire team, Alexandra brings a unique set of skills to our patients.
Outside of work, she can be found enjoying the great outdoors, playing recreational sports and spending time at the beach with friends and family.
Life's too short to feel average.
Let our team at Aspire Physiotherapy help you to move better, feel better and live better!
