Vestibular Physiotherapy for Vertigo

The symptoms of vertigo can be debilitating. If you feel like the room is spinning, you are experiencing nausea, or dizziness is impacting your life and it becomes difficult completing even basic tasks, you may have the symptoms of a dysfunction of your balance/vestibular system.

Our Glenelg physios can restore your vestibular function, so don’t delay seeking treatment.

Common Injuries

Life happens. You’re busy and from time to time, pain and injuries occur. Our mission as your physiotherapist is to ensure we treat the root cause of the injury, not just offer a short term band aid solution. Sometimes, the place where you are experiencing the pain isn’t the main problem as pain can be referred. It is important for a trained health professional to assess any niggling pain that you may be experiencing.

Neck, shoulder and head pain

Possible causes can range from poor posture and non-ergonomic desk set up, to falls or accidents. If you’re struggling with dull pain, feeling exhausted, finding it hard to sleep at night or suffering with pins and needles, these might be signs you have an underlying injury. Our physiotherapists can help to treat all of these symptoms.

    Sports Injuries

A sports injury can cause significant pain, reduce athletes ability to perform at their best, or even prevent them from getting back out onto the field or court. Aspire’s physiotherapists partner with athletes to develop programs that both prevent and treat injuries.

      GLA:D Program

This internationally renowned program is designed to reduce the symptoms and pain associated with osteoarthritis of the hip or knee. It will also improve your strength and movement patterns.

“Whatever your health concern, our experienced physiotherapists will work with you to remove the frustration that pain or injury may be causing.”
