We understand that every single person is unique, and the pathway forwards needs to be clear, but also adaptable to suit a changing situation.

Our NDIS Physiotherapy Services are designed to provide you with the support and treatment you need, to achieve what matters to you.

We offer hands on Physiotherapy (manual therapy), massage, movement therapy, strength and conditioning, and injury rehabilitation. Whether you are seeking short term pain relief, or longer term support to achieve bigger goals, we will develop a treatment plan to guide progress.

If you’re seeking Physiotherapy treatment under an NDIS Plan, please book a ‘Physiotherapy First Appointment’ to get started

During your Initial Physiotherapy Appointment, we will discuss your situation, understand your goals, and assess your current function.

Where appropriate, we often use Exercise Rehabilitation as part of our treatment plans. This may include working 1:1 with your Physiotherapist, to help build your strength, coordination and function.

We also offer small group rehabilitation classes, with maximum 1:5 clients, when you are confident with your exercises, and can work with a little more dependence. These class settings can also be good fun as you get to know some of the familiar faces in classes.

          Who can we help?

We can help a wide range of people to get the most out of life, through optimising strength, function and coordination.

Our focus is on active rehabilitation, with Physiotherapy treatment as needed. Research shows an active approach gives you the best opportunity to do the things you love.

We provide NDIS Physiotherapy Services for 10 year olds up to retirees and beyond, with a range of diagnoses, mobility challenges and additional needs.

Our Gym and Pilates Studio offer a wide range of equipment options to develop function, strength, balance and coordination as part of an NDIS Physiotherapy plan.

For children under 10 years old, we recommend seeking a specialised Paediatric Physiotherapist, as they can provide the best specialised environment for your child. We can introduce you to some great local providers if you’d like a recommendation.

How do we access NDIS Physiotherapy Services?

The first step is to book a ‘Physiotherapy First Appointment’, via our online booking system, or by calling us.

During this first appointment, your Physiotherapist will help to develop a treatment plan based on your goals.

Following your appointment we’ll write up a Service Agreement based on the plan we’ve developed together. This lays out the goals we’re working towards, as well as the details of the services we’ll provide, and how much funding will be allocated for these services.

Once this service agreement is signed by you and your physiotherapist, we will then organise your future appointments.

Our services are provided at our Glenelg Phyiotherapy Clinic, where we have parking and an accessible entrance at the rear of the clinic.
